Identified - The data center in which we host monitors in Austin, TX is closing, so we need to change monitoring sites. Our nearest alternative location is in Dallas, TX - LeaseWeb, about 200 miles away. If you currently use the Austin site then by default, we will automatically redirect your traffic from Austin to Dallas on August 27. If you would like to choose another location, then please do so ahead of that time.

IDP Service Disruption
Resolved - We observed a disruption in IDP services starting at 10:47:00 AM IST (05:17 UTC) due to a hardware failure on the cloud provider's side. This hardware crash impacted the availability of the IDP services.

The issue was mitigated by automatically shifting workloads to healthy hardware within the cluster. The cluster recovered and IDP services were fully restored by 10:55:00 AM IST (05:25 UTC).
