All services are up and running and customers are seeing previously delayed data now appearing on their dashboards. The system is still processing the remaining delayed data which will continue for the next few hours. Once the delayed data has all been delivered we will move this incident into 'monitoring'.

We continue to work diligently on a fix to restore functionality and process the backlog of monitoring data. Monitoring continues to work uninterrupted. The next update will be in 2 hours time or when the next significant milestone is completed (which ever comes first).

Our team has identified the cause of the issue, which is related to Docker resource contention within our data processing backend. We are diligently working on a fix to restore functionality and process the backlog of monitoring data. Monitoring continues to work uninterrupted.

Some AlertSite customers are currently experiencing delayed data displays in the AlertSite dashboard.
Our Ops team is working to resolve this issue. Please note that monitoring and alerting are not affected.
