Resolved

A system issue disrupted user access to the UXM console. Monitoring and alerting were not affected by this disruption.

We rolled back an internal system change that was deployed earlier in the month that has caused some intermittent instability with the console. The team is reevaluating the change and performing additional testing to ensure the issue is fully resolved for redeploying.
